Bathhouses in the Philippines operate discreatly underground as it is a favorite raids and arrests. Most of the gay adults in the country are actually just bathroom adults. The story revolves around the lives of men who frequent the seedy bathhouse "Klub Hombre".
Here comes Rico a very young student who is just discovering his sexuallity and exploring new worlds as a young homosexual. He has fallen for someone he has met through the internet and decided to meet him thru an eyeball. However, when Rico sang his song which he just composed for this new love, the guy got turned off and left him.
Rico went home devastated. But a dashing and handsome gay comes and gives him an invitation to "Klub Hombre". Rico joins the club in order to be with Chris, but the matured veteran of the club have other plans.
Chris is a veteran at the bathhouse who is bored about these sexploits. Chris has a heart for newbies or fresh out gays. When Rico comes into his life, he sees the potential of a mentor-student relationship, until everything gets too intimate. Rico begins this downward spiral journey through the hard dingy walls of the bathhouse and through various camps of gays, bi-sexuals and tranvestilies and transform into becoming just another bitter bitch.
But will Rico live the same lonely life that Chris lives? Or will innocence be regained again?
"Bathhouse" is about the ideals of a young gay about to fall in love and the practicality of a matured gay about to retire from a life of cruising. "Bathhouse" seeks to expose the cruel world that gays have weaved within the dark stingy walls of quasi-bathhouse in the Philippines. Everything happens inside "Klub Hombre".
